株式会社リガト（以下「当方」）は、iOS アプリ「SWAN」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重して設計されています。
以下の情報は端末内（および App Group 領域を通じたウィジェット・Apple Watch との共有領域）にのみ保存されます。これらの内容を外部へ送信することはありません。
本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイク・健康情報・通信内容を取得しません。アカウント登録も不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報を当方が収集することはありません。
本アプリは、どの機能がどれくらい使われているかを把握してアプリを改善するために、Google LLC が提供する Firebase アナリティクス（Google アナリティクス for Firebase）を使用しています。Firebase アナリティクスは、次の情報を自動的に収集し、Google のサーバーへ送信します。
これらの情報に、卒煙開始日時・喫煙本数・価格などの卒煙の記録の内容や、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報は含まれません。広告用の識別子（IDFA）は取得せず、広告の配信やトラッキングには使用しません。当方は、集計された統計としてのみ確認します。
Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご覧ください。
本アプリは、広告配信のための第三者サービスは使用していません。
SWAN Pro（月額・年額・買い切り）および投げ銭（開発者にチップ）は、すべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。本アプリは購入状態（有効か否か）を確認するだけで、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入した商品と価格は、「4. 第三者サービス」のとおり利用統計として記録されます。
本アプリのデータは端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
Firebase アナリティクスが収集した利用統計は Google のサーバーに保存されます。インストールごとの記録は、Google アナリティクスの設定に従って最長14か月で削除されます。個々の利用者を区別しない集計値は、その後も残ります。本アプリを削除すると、それ以降は収集されません。
本アプリは特に子供を対象としたものではなく、子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

Rigato inc ("we") provides this Privacy Policy describing how user information is handled in the iOS app "SWAN" (the "App").
The App is designed with maximum respect for user privacy.
The following information is stored only on your device (and shared with widgets and Apple Watch via the App Group container). None of it is transmitted externally.
The App does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or network traffic. No account is required, and we do not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email.
To understand which features are used and how often, and to improve the App, the App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics automatically collects the following information and sends it to Google's servers:
This information does not include the contents of your smoke-free records, such as your start date, cigarette count, or pack price, nor personally identifying information such as your name or email. The App does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), and the information is not used for advertising or tracking. We only review it as aggregated statistics.

The App does not use any third-party services for advertising.
SWAN Pro purchases (monthly, yearly, and one-time) and tips are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. The App only checks entitlement status and does not collect or store payment information such as card numbers. The product purchased and its price are recorded in usage statistics, as described in "4. Third-Party Services".
All data is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes all stored data.
Usage statistics collected by Firebase Analytics are stored on Google's servers. Per-installation records are deleted within 14 months according to our Google Analytics settings; aggregated figures that do not distinguish individual users may remain after that. Once you delete the App, no further statistics are collected.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy as laws change or features are added. Material changes will be posted on this page.
